Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange within 30-days of the purchase*. The product must be returned to us in order to receive a full refund.
The item being returned must be purchased from us directly.
Item(s) must be unworn with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, you will be credited for the value of the item(s) you wish to exchange once they are received.
- Submit a return request via this Returns Form and a pre-paid USPS label will be generated for you upon completion of the form.
- Place a new order for the product you wish to receive in exchange.
- Upon receipt of the item(s), we will issue a refund for the items, plus any shipping charges related to the exchange.
Sale/Discounted Item Refund and Exchanges:
All items bought on sale are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return any items purchased with a promotional discount, you are eligible for store credit on the discounted price that was paid for the item.
